Book Swap

I was catching up on current events in our neighborhood's Facebook group the other day and came across a post that caught my eye. A family created a "book swap library" on the side of their house. It is a little shed that is filled with books for kids. The idea is that you bring books to swap with ones that are in the library. No one is watching the shed or comes out there to monitor what you are doing; honor-system set-up.

We ventured out yesterday to check it out.
The kids really enjoyed it. Jase even finished one of the books he picked up this afternoon. And Allyson and I started reading a Magic Treehouse book she picked out. Shawn and her actually went back in the evening with more books to swap. What a fun idea!
