You can learn in the country too!

The very next day I arrived home from Chicago, we packed the kids up and headed out to the country (Livingston) to spend some time with family and a little relaxation.

Shawn was outside moving split wood to the wood pile and Jase and Allyson were helping him. Jase picked up a branch and said "this one looks like the letter Y." The first picture of him below is him pretending to be the Statue of Liberty! Allyson saw the letter Y branch and said "yo-yo"!

Allyson is enjoying playing in the gravel/dirt. I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up being Daddy's little outdoor buddy...she loves to be outside. Jase does too, but after sweating for a while he makes his way back into the AC...I can't blame him!
